Randy Smith is a talented local artist who has been painting for over 60 years. His work often highlights the beauty of UVA Grounds and beloved downtown Charlottesville scenes. A familiar presence on the Downtown Mall, Smith can frequently be found painting on location, capturing the atmosphere of the moment in his signature style.
