Consign With Us

Consignment House Gallery is always seeking high-quality modern art, Mid-Century Modern furniture, and unique, well-made objects to add to our rotating collection.

We work with local collectors, estates, and artists to present pieces that are distinctive, well-crafted, and aligned with the gallery’s aesthetic.

We also handle a high volume of estate jewelry, including Native American and one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to rapid turnover, most jewelry is sold in-gallery and may not be reflected in our online inventory.


How It Works

Initial Inquiry
We do not accept walk-in consignments.

Review
Our team reviews all submissions and will respond within a few business days.


Delivery
Once approved, drop-offs are recommended Tuesday–Thursday, 11am–7pm.
Weekend drop-offs are discouraged so we can give each consignment proper attention.


Pricing
Final pricing is determined by the Gallery Owner based on market demand, condition, and overall quality.


Commission Structure

  • Under $200 → 50% Consignor / 50% Gallery

  • $200–$1,000 → 55% Consignor / 45% Gallery

  • Over $1,000 → 60% Consignor / 40% Gallery

  • Over $10,000 → 65% Consignor / 35% Gallery

Select professional artists may operate on a fixed 60/40 split.


Payment & Terms

  • Payments are issued by the 15th of the month following a sale

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to retrieve consigned items

  • All consignor and buyer relationships are handled with discretion
