Have something exceptional to consign? We'd love to hear from you. Consignment House Gallery specializes in fine art, distinctive furnishings, jewelry, and decorative objects.

We accept items based on quality, condition, craftsmanship, and current buying trends.

  • Limited edition prints by listed or established artists (signed and numbered editions are preferred)
  • Fine jewelry, including gold and silver, vintage, estate, Native American, and artisan pieces
  • Studio pottery, art glass, sculpture, and decorative objects
  • Estate collections and carefully curated private collections
  • Mid-Century Modern, designer, and artisan furniture in excellent condition
  • Antique and designer lighting
  • Antique and vintage rugs

We do not accept

  • Mass-produced artwork or décor
  • Open edition or reproduction prints
  • Furniture or decorative items that do not align with our gallery's aesthetic
  • Damaged or broken items

How it Works
1. Contact Us

To begin the evaluation process, please email or text clear photos of your item(s) along with any details you have, such as the maker, dimensions, age, and condition. Helpful photos include: front and back (for artwork), close-ups of signatures or maker's marks, detail shots, and any visible issues such as scratches, chips, or repairs

Housecalls & Pickups

For larger collections or items that are difficult to transport, we’re happy to consider an in-home visit or pickup. Seeing pieces in person often helps us better assess their potential for consignment, and it also makes the process easier and more convenient for you. If you have a selection that needs to be reviewed on site, please reach out and we can determine whether a house call or pickup is the best option.

2. Review

Please allow our team up to 72 hours to review your submission and respond to your inquiry. If your items are approved, we'll coordinate a convenient drop-off time.

3. Drop-off

Once your items have been approved for consignment, we'll coordinate a convenient drop-off time.

Drop-off Hours: Tuesday through Thursday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Weekend drop-offs are discouraged unless scheduled and approved in advance with someone from our team.

4. Pricing

Final pricing is determined by the Gallery Owner based on current market demand, condition, quality, and overall desirability.

Commission Structure

  • Under $200 → 50% Consignor / 50% Gallery

  • $200–$1,000 → 55% Consignor / 45% Gallery

  • Over $1,000 → 60% Consignor / 40% Gallery

  • Over $10,000 → 65% Consignor / 35% Gallery

Select professional artists may operate on a fixed 60/40 split.

Payment & Terms

  • Payments are issued by the 15th of the month following a sale

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to retrieve consigned items

  • All consignor and buyer relationships are handled with discretion
