A detailed study of a 1964 FJ45 Land Cruiser, painted with Edward Thomas’s characteristic sensitivity to form, structure, and everyday Virginia scenery.

Artist Bio: Edward Thomas (1972–2021) was an artist, architect, and historian based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Trained in both architecture and painting at the University of Virginia, he created a thoughtful body of work depicting the built and natural environments of Central Virginia.

Inscribed “1964 FJ45 Land Cruiser” and signed “E.T. Thomas” on reverse.
