Artist bio:
Constantine Arvanites was an American painter and educator from Malden, Massachusetts. He studied at the Massachusetts School of Art, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Boston University, and Tufts University. Known primarily for modernist abstraction and abstract collage, Arvanites exhibited widely across Massachusetts, including in Boston, Malden, Gloucester, Rockport, and Worcester. His work includes abstract compositions, coastal subjects, and mixed-media pieces marked by expressive color and strong formal structure.
