A founding member of the Hutchinson Art Association, she painted throughout her life and was known for seeing beauty everywhere—often saying, “I would like to paint that.” She continued working with the Friday Group at the Hutchinson Art Center well into her eighties, producing a prolific body of expressive, color-rich abstractions.
