About the Artist: About the Artist: Etta Harmon Levin lived and taught on Long Island, New York before moving to Charlottesville in 2007. Working across watercolor, acrylic, pastel, and mixed media, her award-winning paintings have appeared in juried exhibitions and private collections and have been featured in Palette magazine.
