About the Artist: David Goldhagen is known for sculptural forms and hand-blown glass platters that combine bold color with clear crystal in a clean, modern style. Using traditional glassblowing techniques, he creates each piece individually. Goldhagen studied at Tulane University, Penland School, and Pilchuck Glass School. His work is found in numerous permanent collections, museums and foundations.
